1 carrot

We cut fresh white cabbage into approximately 2-3 cm. thick slices. Place in an oiled baking dish, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with oil and bake in an oven heated to 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. While the cabbage is baking in the oven, we prepare the vegetables and meat. Heat a little oil in a pan, add chopped onion and pepper, fry for a few minutes. Add the minced meat, press in the garlic cloves, add your favorite spices, and grate the carrot with a beet grater. Stir and fry for a few minutes, at the end add a spoonful of tomato sauce.
