Baking these cupcakes with cottage cheese and strawberries made the whole house smell good. The cupcakes turned out great and were positively evaluated by all the diners! Instead of strawberries, I think other berries should be perfect!
To bake 18 delicious cupcakes you will need:
4 eggs
150 gr. butter
300 gr. of flour
180 g. cottage cheese
200 ml. milk
3-5 tablespoons of sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
18 strawberry halves (9 small strawberries)
We make dough for cupcakes:
We beat the eggs together with simple and vanilla sugar, room temperature butter, cottage cheese, pour milk, add flour mixed with baking powder. We mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees:
Grease the cupcake baking form with butter or put paper in it. Add 2-3 tablespoons of dough. We put in half a strawberry. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes. We got 18 cupcakes from the amount of dough we received.
