Delicious homemade kebabs with minced meat, if you want more spiciness - season it with onions.

To make 6 homemade kebabs, you will need:

6 lavash or tortilla flatbreads

4-6 minced meat skewers - kebabs. You will find how to prepare them here.

For the vegetable filling:

Half of one small Chinese cabbage

2 tomatoes

2 short-fruited cucumbers

For the sauce:

4 tablespoons of natural flavored yogurt

4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

3 cloves of garlic

1 pickled cucumber

First, we prepare the garlic-cucumber sauce:

Grate the garlic cloves, pickled cucumber, put mayonnaise, tomato sauce, natural flavored yogurt in a bowl, sprinkle with salt if necessary. Mix well. And we put it in the refrigerator to stand.
