Thick green pea soup with meatballs will appeal to the whole family.
To cook a large pot of soup, you will need:
2 liters of vegetable broth
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 carrots
4 medium potatoes
200 gr. frozen or fresh peas
4 tomatoes or 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
5 peas of allspice
For meatballs:
400 gr. minced meat (we used minced pork ham)
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
1 red onion
2 tablespoons of ground breadcrumbs

We prepare minced meatballs:
We put the minced meat in a bowl, grate a clove of garlic, add a chopped onion, beat in an egg, add ground oats, sprinkle with your favorite spices, mix well and form balls of the desired size. We put them in boiling water and boil for about 8-10 minutes.
We are preparing green pea soup:
We put shaved cubed potatoes, chopped onion and garlic cloves, boiled minced meatballs into the pot and pour broth over it, put the pot on medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add diced carrots and tomatoes. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the green peas and cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add some allspice and peas to the pot and cover for 5 minutes. Pour the soup into bowls and enjoy. Can be seasoned with sour cream.
