Juicy and very tasty chicken patties in spinach and cream sauce are quick and easy to prepare, a great dish for a hearty lunch!
To prepare eight malts, you will need:
500 gr. ground chicken
50 gr. grated hard cheese
Half of one small young zucchini
1 egg
1 head of onion
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of oatmeal (I made it with Dobele)
Salt to taste
A pinch of Provence herb mixture
For the sauce:
100 ml. broth
100 ml. cream
2-3 handfuls of spinach
Additional oil will be needed
We are preparing the malts:
We put minced chicken in a bowl, add grated hard cheese, oat flakes, zucchini grated with a beetroot grater (we squeeze out the juice), chopped onion, beat in an egg, press in a clove of garlic, sprinkle salt with a mixture of Provencal herbs, mix and form small balls of the desired size and shape.
Let's bake malts:
Heat oil in a pan. We put the formed patties and fry them on both sides for 8 minutes. Pour broth over it, and after covering the pan with a lid, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the spinach, cover with cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, covered with a lid.
