After summer and when the weather cools down a bit, you want more serious meat dishes with various thick sauces. Very recently, I cooked a really delicious dish for my family - chicken breast in carrot sauce with mushrooms, the family really liked it.
To prepare the dish you will need:
2-3 pieces of chicken breast fillet
1 head of onion
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 large carrots
6-8 champignons
100 ml. chicken broth
100 ml. milk
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt to taste, a pinch of ground allspice
We produce as follows:
Melt the butter on the higher sides of the pan, add chopped garlic cloves, chopped chicken fillet, sprinkle with salt and ground allspice and cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring from time to time. We add chopped onion, carrots grated with a beetroot grater, cover the pan with a lid and stew on medium heat for about 5 minutes. If necessary, stir and add a little chicken broth. Add chopped mushrooms. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, adding broth if necessary. Add the flour and add the milk while mixing very quickly. Stirring constantly, we heat until it boils. We turn off the heat, let it stand for 5 minutes.
