"Chicken sausages"

For lunch, I planned to bake chicken fingers in the oven, but after baking, they looked more like sausages than fingers. Nevertheless, family members, especially small eaters, rated such lunches very well.

To make 10 sausages you will need:

1 piece of chicken fillet (about 150 g)

Half a small red sweet pepper

80 g. grated fermented cheese

2 tablespoons of semolina

Half a teaspoon of ground paprika

Salt to taste, dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 egg

2 cloves of garlic

A handful of breadcrumbs

We produce as follows:

We grind or mash the chicken breast in an e-machine. blender. In a bowl, we put minced chicken breast, grated fermented cheese, semolina, diced paprika, grate garlic cloves with a fine grater, sprinkle with salt and spices of our choice, and beat in an egg. We mix.

 

We form oblong sausages from the prepared mass (the mass somewhat stuck to our hands, but after wetting our hands with water, it was quite easy to form sausages) which we roll in ground breadcrumbs.

 

We heat the oven to 180 degrees:

We put sausages rolled in breadcrumbs on a baking sheet, which we bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

 

 

Serve with your favorite side dish. Delicious!
