Soft and very tasty cottage cheese cookies with a vanilla scent.

To bake cottage cheese cookies, you will need:

400 gr. fat cottage cheese

300 gr. wheat flour

150 gr. melted butter

50 gr. sugar

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

In addition, you will need: baking paper, 50 g. sugar (to sprinkle on cookies)

We prepare the dough for cottage cheese cookies:

Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add simple and vanilla sugar, mix well, pour melted butter and twist. Stirring constantly, we pour the mitis mixed with baking powder and salt. We knead the dough until smooth. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and preferably even for an hour.

We are preparing cottage cheese cookies:

We roll out the dough, press out circles with a round cookie cutter. We sprinkle each circle with sugar, fold it in half, add sugar and fold it again, we get a triangle, which we sprinkle with sugar.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees:

Place each cookie on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until nicely golden.
