Amazingly delicious and autumn-smelling cottage cheese cookies with apples and cinnamon will not leave anyone indifferent.

To bake cottage cheese cookies with apples and cinnamon, you will need:

400 gr. fat cottage cheese

300 gr. wheat flour

150 gr. melted butter

50 gr. sugar

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 large apples

1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar mixture

In addition, you will need: baking paper, 50 g. sugar (to sprinkle on cookies)

We prepare the dough for cottage cheese cookies:

Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add simple and vanilla sugar, mix well, pour melted butter and twist. Stirring constantly, we pour the mitis mixed with baking powder and salt. We knead the dough until smooth. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We are preparing cottage cheese cookies:

Peel the apples and cut them into thin triangles. (Approximately 1/4 the size of the circle) we sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture and let it stand. We roll out the dough, press out circles with a round cookie cutter. We sprinkle each circle with sugar, fold it in half, put an apple slice supported in the cinnamon and sugar mixture, add sugar and fold it again, we get a triangle with an apple slice in the middle, which we sprinkle with sugar, and cinnamon can be added.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees:

Place each cookie on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until nicely golden.

We eat alone or with our favorite tea, coffee. Delicious!
