For a small pot of cookies, enough for two child eaters:
3 medium potatoes
1 carrot
100 gr. cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of semolina
A pinch of salt
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter
We are preparing the mass for silky potato, carrot and cottage cheese cakes:
We peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes, put them in a pot, fill them with water and boil them until they boil. Once boiled, drain and mash in a potato masher, cool. Add cottage cheese, semolina, sprinkle with salt. (If the mass is very sticky to your hands, you can add a little flour or potato starch) We didn't need it, because the potatoes were starchy enough.
