Very tasty, thick rice and meatball soup
To cook a large pot of soup, you will need:
2 liters of vegetable broth
50 gr. butter
1 red onion
2 large carrots
handful of basmati rice
2 potatoes
2 large pickles
Greens (dill, parsley)
A few peas of allspice
200 g. minced meat (made from pork shoulder)
We prepare the soup:
Melt butter in a thick-bottomed pot, add chopped onion, grated carrot, and fry for 3-5 minutes. Pour broth. Heat until boiling. Pour the rice after boiling. We form small balls from the minced meat. We put it in a pot. After ten minutes, add diced potatoes and cook cucumbers for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with greens, add allspice, cover, keep for 5 minutes and serve.
