Very tasty rice with vegetables and egg, suitable for eating alone or as a side dish with fish or meat dishes.
To prepare rice with vegetables, you will need:
150 gr. rice
2 eggs
1 large carrot
1 cup of frozen or fresh or canned peas
1 head of onion (if you like)
Salt to taste
Oil
We prepare rice with vegetables:
Boil the rice in salted water as recommended by the manufacturer. Pour a little oil into the pan, add chopped onion and carrot. We fry them for 3-5 minutes. Beat in two eggs and fry them for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add peas and rice and fry for another 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt or your favorite spices.
Serve with meat or fish dishes, or eat alone. Delicious!
