Delicious and very juicy oven-baked minced turkey dumplings with quail eggs are perfect for a festive or family dinner table.
For 12 small ground turkey dumplings you will need:
12 hard-boiled quail eggs
400 gr. ground turkey breast
2-3 tablespoons of semolina
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
A pinch of dill
A pinch of onion letters
Salt to taste
For baking:
250 ml. Chicken or vegetable broth
100 ml. Milk
1 carrot
We are preparing ground turkey breast balls:
Put minced turkey breast, grated carrot, grated garlic cloves in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, add semolina, chopped dill, onion leaves. We learned well. We take minced meat and form a patty on which we put a peeled boiled quail egg and form a bun.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees:
We place the prepared dumplings side by side in a baking dish and fill them with a mixture of chicken broth and milk. We put chopped carrot on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
