A playful Halloween lunch or dinner sure to please the kids - oven-roasted salmon served with colorful pasta.
To prepare a meal that is enough for a family of four, you will need:
4 pieces of salmon fillet
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of soft butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Chopped dill
Salt to taste
We prepare the salmon:
Mix room temperature butter, lemon juice, grated garlic cloves and dill in a bowl.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees:
Sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and put it in the preheated oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread with prepared garlic butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
