Apple and cottage cheese cake

Where did the summer go? Today's weather was more autumn than summer. Well, there's no such thing as a bad thing that can't turn out to be good, because it was a pretty good time to turn on the oven and bake an apple pie for the family, the first of this apple season, by the way. The house smelled so nice of cinnamon and apples, and the cake turned out really well, quite moist and with a slight sourness.

26 cm. diameter cake you will need:

5 apples of medium sweetness

150 gr. butter

4 eggs

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar

5-6 tablespoons of sugar, but if you like it sweeter, add more sugar

About a glass of flour

400 gr. fat cottage cheese

80 ml. cream

1 teaspoon of baking powder

We are preparing an apple and cottage cheese cake:

Peel the apples, cut them into slices, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, mix and leave to stand. We beat the eggs together with melted butter, cream, simple and vanilla sugar, cottage cheese. We pour flour mixed with baking powder. Mix until smooth.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees:

We take a baking form, which we grease with butter, pour the dough, put chopped apples mixed with sugar and cinnamon on top, spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes.

 

 

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Delicious!
