Very tasty and juicy minced pork fake bunny with apples will be liked by the whole family.
To bake one fake bunny with apples, you will need: (capacity of an oblong baking dish 1.8 l.)
800 gr. ground pork ham
3 slices of black bread (we used "Ajar")
50 ml. milk
2 apples
2 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
A pinch of fragrant ground pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of dried thyme
A pinch of dried oregano
We are preparing a fake minced pork ham bunny with apples:
Place the bread slices in a large bowl, pour milk over them and let them rise for 5 minutes. Mash the swollen slices of bread, peel and cut the onion into cubes, and grate the garlic cloves. We add minced meat, beat eggs, grate apples shaved with a "beetroot" grater, sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried chopped thyme, oregano if necessary and other favorite spices. We kneaded everything well by hand.
We heat the oven to 190 degrees.
We put the prepared mass in an oblong baking form lined with baking paper, or you can simply put the mass on the baking paper and roll it up. Bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
It is very tasty to eat both warm and cold, we serve it together with your favorite salad.
