Delicious minced meat skewers - kebabs for those who like spicier - we offer to season with ground spicy paprika.
These minced meat skewers can be cooked in a pan, in the oven or outside on the grill.
700 gr. minced meat (I used minced chicken drumsticks)
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon of semolina
1 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
A pinch of salt if needed
A pinch of pepper
We are preparing minced meat skewers - kebabs
Beat an egg in a bowl, add semolina, add minced meat, chopped onion, garlic, sprinkle with salt, pepper, ground paprika and knead well.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.
With wet hands, we take a patty of minced meat and wrap it around a wooden skewer to form an oblong kebab. Put the minced meat skewers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on both sides.
Served with fresh salad. Delicious!
