Very tasty, rich "Spaghetti" pasta with tomato and meat sauce.
250 gr. "Spaghetti" pasta
400 gr. minced meat
280 g. tomatoes in their juice
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
100 gr. hard or favorite cheese
Favorite spices, salt
A pinch of basil
We prepare the sauce:
Pour olive oil into a heated pan, add peeled and chopped onion, grated garlic cloves, and add minced meat. Boil for 10 minutes. Then we add chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with your favorite spices (I used red pepper powder, ground allspice, a pinch of salt). We stew for another 10 minutes. adding a little tomato juice from time to time. Add cheese. (Reserve a little for sprinkling on top).
Add spaghetti noodles to boiling salted water and cook as recommended by the manufacturer for 10-12 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta, put it on plates, put tomato and meat sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and basil.
