Crab stick meatballs

Economical and very tasty crab stick meatballs with cheese.

I usually go to the store to buy food once or twice a week and always with a list. I try to buy only the products that I write down, but sometimes I get caught up on a promotion. Here, for example, I recently bought snow crab meat flavored sticks. I put them in the shopping cart with the idea that I might make a salad with them, but somehow the family members did not really want a salad or a mix. Today, quite unexpectedly, instead of the usual porridge, I thought of baking meatballs for breakfast. Crab stick meatballs with cheese turned out very tasty and the whole family liked it.

To bake 9 meatballs, you will need:

• 300 gr. snow crab meat flavored sticks
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon of semolina
• 50 gr. grated hard cheese
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A handful of chopped dill
• A little breadcrumbs for rolling
• You will need additional oil for frying

We produce as follows:

• In a bowl, we put chopped meat of snow crab sticks, grated hard cheese, cloves of garlic, semolina, chopped dill, beat in an egg, sprinkle with salt if necessary and mix.

• We form meatballs of the desired size from the prepared mass.

• Fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides in heated oil.

• Crab stick meatballs are ready, we serve them with your favorite vegetables. Delicious!
