Soft, tasty and very juicy pork and vegetable cutlets, they are easy to make and very filling.
To make 8 medium-sized meatballs, you will need:
500 gr. ground pork (ground pork shoulder)
1 large carrot
A quarter of fresh small cabbage
A handful of oatmeal
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
A handful of chopped onion leaves
A pinch of salt to taste
A pinch of ground allspice
Oil for frying
For the stew:
100 ml. broth
100 ml. milk
A handful of chopped dill
We are preparing pork and vegetable cutlets:
In a large bowl, we grate carrot and cabbage with a beet grater, add minced meat, beat in an egg, grate garlic cloves, add oatmeal, chopped onion leaves, sprinkle with pepper and salt and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan, add the formed meatballs, fry for 6-8 minutes on both sides. Add broth, cover with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour milk, sprinkle with dill and simmer for about 10 minutes.
