If you have leftover fried or boiled chicken, you have tortillas in the cupboard, and a few more products in the fridge - we suggest you make very tasty, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside quesadillas with chicken, cheese and pineapple.
To make 8 pieces you will need:
2 large tortillas
100 gr. fried or chicken fillet
80 g. grated fermented cheese
4 slices of canned pineapple
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
20 g. butter
We are preparing quesadillas with chicken and pineapple:
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the tortilla. We turn it every 10 seconds until it starts to blister. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce and spread it all over the tortilla. We pour grated cheese, chopped chicken, chopped canned pineapple on top. We distribute evenly. When the cheese starts to melt, we carefully fold the tortilla in half, then turn it over and remove the pan from the heat so that the tortilla is still toasted in the hot pan. We do the same with the other tortilla.
