Baked potatoes with garlic, basil and parmesan cheese

Potatoes baked in the oven with garlic, basil and Parmesan cheese can be eaten alone or with salads or meat dishes. They are extremely tasty and filling, and they are prepared very simply.

For one dish, which is enough for two adults and two children, you will need:

8 medium potatoes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

3-5 cloves of garlic

A pinch of salt

Dried basil

Handfuls of grated parmesan cheese

We prepare the potatoes for baking:

We peel the potatoes and wash them cleanly, if the potatoes are fresh - it is very tasty just to wash them cleanly by peeling off their skin a little. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. We put it in a bowl, pour oil, press in the garlic cloves, mix and put it in a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover with foil.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees:

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, dried basil and bake for another 10 minutes. (Since we made it with potatoes, which are quick to boil, if you choose a different type of potato, you may need to cook it a little longer.)

We put the baked potatoes on plates and eat!

Potatoes prepared in this way can be eaten alone or with vegetables or meat dishes. Delicious!
