As a huge broccoli lover, this super quick broccoli and cranberry salad is just perfect. I could probably eat them every day, because they are really delicious.
To prepare the salad you will need:
1 small broccoli
2-3 handfuls of dried cranberries
1 red onion
1 handful of shelled sunflower seeds
1-2 tablespoons of natural flavored yogurt can be replaced with mayonnaise
We are preparing broccoli and cranberry salad:
Broccoli is divided into florets and poured with boiling water. We keep it for a few minutes, cool it down, chop it up, pour it into a bowl. Add dried cranberries, chopped red onion, sunflower seeds, natural flavored yogurt to a bowl and mix well.
I refrigerate this salad for at least an hour before serving. It tastes better to me.
