Amazing tasting banana pancakes are perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast.
Pancake dough will require:
200 gr. wheat flour
2 medium-sized eggs
100 ml. warm milk
50 gr. brown sugar
A pinch of salt
2 medium bananas
0.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Oil for frying
A pinch of ground cinnamon
We are preparing pancake dough.
First, beat the eggs together with sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix sifted flour with baking powder. Pour into the egg mixture. Pour milk while stirring. Mix well. Add peeled, sliced bananas.
Heat oil in a pan. We bake pancakes of the desired size. When serving, sprinkle with cinnamon, eat alone or with your favorite jam.
