Cauliflower and grape salad

Fresh cauliflower and grape salad with cheese and roasted peanuts is very quick to prepare.

To prepare a bowl of salad, which is enough for 4-6 diners, you will need:

Half a small cauliflower

12-15 red grapes

12-15 green grapes

100 gr. fermented cheese

Handfuls of roasted lightly salted peanuts

2 tablespoons of natural flavored yogurt

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

A handful of chopped dill

Salt to taste

We are preparing cauliflower and grape salad:

We put the cauliflower in a pot with water, put it on medium heat and boil it for about 2-3 minutes from the beginning of boiling. When it has boiled, pour cold water over it, cool it down and cut it into pieces of the desired size, put them in a bowl. Add cubed fermented cheese, chopped dill, peanuts, half-cut grapes, if there are grapes with stones, be sure to remove them.

Add a couple of tablespoons of natural flavored yogurt and a tablespoon of mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and mix.

Cauliflower and grape salad is ready. The tastiest are kept in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving. Delicious!
