Grilled chicken with mushrooms

Delicious juicy chicken steaks with mushrooms.

To cook juicy chicken steaks, you will need:

• 400 gr. chicken filet
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 6 medium-sized champignons
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A pinch of fresh chopped dill
• A pinch of chopped onion leaves
• A pinch of ground red pepper
• A pinch of salt
• Oil for frying

We are preparing chicken roasts:

• Mash the garlic cloves and mix with mayonnaise, ground paprika, and salt.
• Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and place in a bowl.
• Beat the eggs together with flour, pour over the chopped chicken fillet, mix with mayonnaise mixed with garlic.
• We add cleaned mushrooms cut into slices, add chopped dill, onion leaves and mix everything well.
• We fry it in the same way as pancakes - in heated oil in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with your favorite salad. Delicious!
