Very tasty, soft, boiled curds with dried basil are perfect for a light dinner. Dried basil can be replaced with fresh - it will be even tastier!
1 package of cottage cheese (400 g.)
1 egg
150 gr. of flour
1 tablespoon of potato starch
A pinch of salt
A pinch of dried basil
Mash together with egg, salt and basil in cottage cheese. Add flour and starch. We learned everything well. We tear the dough into pieces and form strips on a floured surface - elongated sausages, which we cut into pieces of the desired size. Place the prepared cottage cheese in boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes. (Depends on the size, I did small ones). Can be served with sour cream butter sauce.
