An idea for a quick and easy lunch or dinner - delicious cottage cheese and chicken cutlets baked in the oven.

Juicy, soft and really very tasty. Such cottage cheese and chicken meatballs can also be made from ground chicken, but our family likes them better with finely chopped chicken breast.

The mass of cottage cheese and chicken cutlets turns out to be quite soft and sticky, so when forming the cutlets, make sure to moisten your hands with water, it will be easier to form. If the baking tray tends to attract baked goods, use baking paper.

To make six meatballs like the one in the photo, you will need:

  • 200 g. fat cottage cheese
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Favorite spices to taste
  • We put cottage cheese, chopped chicken breast fillet in a bowl, press in cloves of garlic, beat in an egg, sprinkle with salt and your favorite spices, and add flour.
  • Knead until smooth.
