Pork tenderloin rolls with ham, tomatoes and cheese the number of views of the recipe is breaking records, if this continues, homemade kebabs with chicken will soon be pushed out of the TOP 5. Every day I get at least a few messages asking if they can be fried in a pan, the latter ones might not be cooked very well, but these ones, the recipe of which I am sharing, will be cooked as well as possible in a pan.
To make eight such rolls as in the photo, you will need:
- 8 pork loin cuts
- 4 slices (cut in half) of fermented cheese
- 16 smaller or 8 larger slices of ham
For the marinade:
- 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of natural flavored yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of spice mixture "Persiladas" or other favorite spices
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
In addition, you will need:
- 1 egg
- 50 ml. milk
- Ground breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
We produce as follows:
- First, we prepare the marinade - in a bowl, we mix tomato sauce, natural flavored yogurt or mayonnaise, "Persilado" spices, press garlic cloves. Let it stand for a few minutes.
- Beat the pork loin slices with a meat mallet, apply the prepared marinade, put a slice of cheese and ham on each sliced, marinated cut and roll it up. Dip in egg and milk mixture, roll in ground breadcrumbs.
- Fry in heated oil in a pan for a few minutes on all sides.
