Very tasty and filling minced meat schnitzels baked in the oven without fat. The whole family liked the dish!
To prepare eight medium-sized schnitzels, you will need:
500 gr. ground pork ham
2 slices of crustless black bread
50 ml. milk
1 egg
1 head of onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 small carrot
Half a small red pepper
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ground allspice
Roll in ground breadcrumbs
We make minced meat schnitzels:
Put the bread in a bowl and pour milk over it. We leave it to swell. In another bowl, we put the minced meat, add a finely grated carrot, chopped onion, diced sweet red pepper, grate a clove of garlic, beat in an egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the swollen bread and mix well. We form minced meat schnitzels of the desired size, which we roll each in ground breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees:
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, carefully turn over and bake for another 20 minutes.
