To make 2-3 servings you will need:

  • 1 head of onion
  • 2 boiled carrots
  • 2 strips of herring fillet
  • 1 handful of frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little oil

We produce as follows:

  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion, sprinkle with salt and fry a little.
  • We add chopped boiled carrots, mix and fry briefly.
  • Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce, mix and fry a little more.
  • Put the fried carrots with onion and tomato sauce on a plate, let it cool, and put pieces of herring on top.
  • Blanch the frozen peas with boiling water and pour them over the prepared herring.

Herring with carrots and peas is ready, delicious!
