Once on vacation I had to eat these in a restaurant, the taste was remembered for a long time.
If you like feta cheese, you should like this and you shouldn't spoil the frosting, but if you don't like feta cheese, maybe it's better not to add it.
A simple 2.5 percent is more suitable for these frostbites. fat kefir. When cooking with šaltiborščių kefir, it can be fatty, because feta cheese is also added, so it will not be so fresh and tasty.
To make a pot of saliborschi, which is enough for a family of four, two adults and two children, you will need:
- 1 liter of kefir
- 1 jar of beets marinated in apple juice
- 2 short cucumbers
- A handful of chopped dill
- 100 g. Feta cheese
- 3-4 hard-boiled eggs
We produce as follows:
- We put beets, chopped dill, sliced cucumbers, about 50g, into the pot. - half of the chopped feta cheese (leave half of the feta cheese sprinkled on top), pour kefir and mix.
- If you like it saltier, add salt, but the feta cheese gives saltiness to the cold borscht.
