Sweet fruit soup

When I was little, my mom used to make the most delicious sweet fruit soup! Now I cook for her and my family from time to time.

To cook a small pot, which is enough for 3-4 diners, you will need:

300 ml. water

1 liter of your favorite flavored jelly (We made it with strawberry-flavored "Klingai" jelly)

1 handful of pasta

A handful of dried apricots

A handful of dried apples

Handful of dried papayas (can be substituted with raisins but my kids don't like them)

2 kiwis

We are preparing a sweet fruit soup:

We wash the dried fruits under running water, drain and pour boiling water, let it stand for 10 minutes. During this time, partially boil the macaroni in slightly salted water. (We cook 2-3 minutes less than it should be, the pasta will swell enough when put in the salty soup). Scoop out and drain. We prepare kisieli as indicated by the manufacturer, add boiled pasta, some chopped dried apricots, apples, papayas or raisins, peeled and sliced kiwis to the pot with the prepared kisieli. We cover the pot with a lid and let it stand for 3-5 minutes.

Pour into bowls and serve! Delicious!
