Yeast pancakes with poppies and pears

Soft, fluffy and very tasty - yeast pancakes with poppy seeds and pears.

To bake about 25 yeast pancakes, you will need:

  • 10-12 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
  • 100 ml. warm milk
  • 10-15 g. fresh yeast
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little oil for frying

We prepare the dough for pancakes:

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with one tablespoon of sugar.
  • Add eggs beaten with salt, plain and vanilla sugar.
  • Add flour and poppy seeds and mix until smooth.
  • We leave it in a warm place for about an hour to rise.

  • Grate the pear with a beet grater and mix.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • We pour half a spoonful of batter to form pancakes.
  • Fry for a few minutes on both sides.
