Soft, fluffy and very tasty yeast dough pizzas, just like banduttes, with fresh cucumbers, salami sausage and fermented cheese.

I won't lie, it won't be possible to prepare them quickly. It will take you two hours for sure. Because when preparing yeast dough, it is not only very important to knead it well, but also to let it rise properly.

For the filling, choose the ingredients you like more. I put salami sausage, fermented cheese, fresh cucumber and leek.

To make the dough for 12 such yeast pizzas as in the photo, you will need:

  • 600 ml. wheat flour
  • 50 ml. warm water
  • 100 ml. warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 50 g. melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 200 g. grated fermented cheese
  • 200 g. salami sausages
  • Half of 1 long-fruited cucumber
  • A small piece of leek
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of "White mayonnaise sauce" or mayonnaise

  • First, we activate the yeast - we mix dry yeast, a teaspoon of flour, three teaspoons of sugar in a bowl, pour warm, but not hot water, mix and let it stand for a few minutes so that it foams.
  • Add warm milk, melted butter and mix.
  • Add flour little by little and knead the dough.
  • Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  • We smear it with oil and cover it with a damp towel and put it in a warm place for about one hour so that the dough rises.

  • If you want pizzas the size of the picture, divide the dough into twelve equal sized balls.
  • Flatten them slightly and place them on a tray lined with baking paper and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.
