Those who like crunchy cookies should love these honey and hemp seed cookies.
For three large tins, you will need:
- 500 gr. of flour
- 200 ml. warm water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon (without bulk) of dry yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds
- A pinch of salt

We are preparing the cookie dough:
- Mix a teaspoon of yeast and sugar in a small bowl or cup, add warm but not hot water, about 50 ml. We mix it and let it stand for a few minutes until it swells. We mix honey heated in a hot water bath.
- Mix sifted flour, poppy seeds, salt, hemp seeds and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add yeast mixed with honey and oil.
- Knead a smooth dough. Knead until the dough sticks to your hands.
- Cover with a damp towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- We take some dough and on a floured surface, form a strip with our hands, and pinch or cut into pieces of the desired size. (As more convenient).

- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
