Very tasty, rich and soft fried pork chop.
To prepare 5 medium-sized chops, you will need:
400 gr. pork tenderloin
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
100 gr. ground dried fruit
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Oil for frying
We are preparing pork chops:
We peel and grate the garlic cloves, mix them with mayonnaise in a bowl and let it stand. Cut the meat into five slices, about 80 g each. weight. Beat each of them with a meat mallet. Spread with garlic mayonnaise and leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes. Beat the egg in a bowl. We mix the ground oats with salt and put them in a plate. We dip each piece of minced meat coated with garlic mayonnaise in egg batter and roll it in breadcrumbs. Fry the pork chops prepared in this way in a pan in heated oil for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
We serve it with your favorite salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes. Delicious!
