A delicious idea for the festive table: minced meat and ribs steak - "Kelmas".
To make such a not very big "Stump", which will be enough for 4-6 people, you will need:
- 1 (800-900g weight) strips of ribs
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of a mixture of dried herbs and spices
- Ground allspice to taste
For the minced meat filling:
- 500 g. ground beef and pork
- 1 small head of onion
- 1 small carrot
- 10 prunes
- A little butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of a mixture of dried herbs and spices
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of whole grain oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of pickled scallions

First, we prepare the ribs:
- In a bowl, mix the oil, spices and press the garlic cloves.
- Coat the ribs with the resulting marinade and sprinkle with ground allspice.
- We leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. Best for night.
- Chop the onion, chop the prunes, grate the carrot with a beet grater.
- Melt some butter in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped plums, grated carrot, sprinkle with salt, press in a clove of garlic and fry briefly. We leave to cool.

- We put minced meat, fried vegetables, marinated dumplings in a bowl, add oatmeal, sprinkle with your favorite spices, add an egg and mix.

- We tie it with a thread, put it in a baking dish.
- Bake for about 35 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. We reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes.
