A very delicious Italian omelette baked in the oven - frittata with feta, mushrooms and spinach.
This week with cool "With a spoon through the world" the company tasted the flavors of Italy. The names of Italian dishes are fascinating, and the images are appetizing. I like the flavors of Italian cuisine, what about you?
I myself had planned and really wanted to make Polpette, but I managed to forget to buy a couple of the most important ingredients, so I had to postpone them for another time. But there is no such thing as bad that cannot turn out to be good - today I spoiled the family with a delicious Italian omelette - "Frittata".
This omelette is really easy to prepare, all you need is a pan that can be used both on the stove and in the oven. Although "out of trouble" - you can fry vegetables in a simple pan and transfer everything to a baking dish.
To prepare such an Italian omelette, you will need:
- 4 large eggs
- 50 ml. cream
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 10 cubes of feta cheese
- 4-5 champignons
- Salt to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Eggs are beaten with lean cream and a pinch of salt, favorite spices.
- Grease the pan with olive oil, heat it up, add chopped mushrooms, spinach, sprinkle with salt and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the cream and egg mixture over the fried mushrooms and spinach. Add cubes of feta cheese.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
