Zucchini stuffed with minced meat

My children and I really liked zucchini dishes. We really liked the oven-baked zucchini stuffed with minced meat, we ate them served very simply - with vegetables, the children added another spoonful of sour cream.

To make seven such towers of zucchini and minced meat, you will need:

2 young small zucchini

300 gr. minced meat

1 egg

1 carrot

1-2 cloves of garlic

A handful of chopped dill

A handful of chopped onion leaves

Favorite spices to taste

We are preparing zucchini and minced meat towers:

Cut each zucchini into 3-4 parts (cut every 6-7 cm). We very carefully scoop out the inside with a small spoon (but not through, we make it similar to a well with a bottom). We put the minced meat in a bowl, beat in an egg, add chopped dill, onion leaves, sprinkle with spices, grate a carrot, and grate about two handfuls of zucchini. (I didn't put all the remaining pulp from the zucchini, I kept some for the pancakes). Mix well.

We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees:

We put 2-3 tablespoons of minced meat filling into each dug out zucchini "well". We place the towers on a baking sheet. (If the baking tray tends to attract baked goods, use baking paper).

Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables, sour cream or natural flavored yogurt.
