Very tasty oat pancakes with apples baked in a "worm" pancake pan.
For 5 pans, you will need:
80 ml. oatmeal
200 ml. wheat flour
50 ml. milk
2 eggs
2 apples
30 g. butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A pinch of salt
We are preparing the dough for oat pancakes:
Grind the oatmeal with an electric blender. Mix with wheat flour and baking powder. Beat eggs together with butter, sugar and salt. Mix with flour. Pour milk, sprinkle with cinnamon, grate the apples with a beet grater and mix well. We bake in a heated "Heart"-shaped pancake pan for about 3-5 minutes.
